EACH ONE REACHING ONE

LIBRARY

                                                     Paul said to Timothy:

“Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine” (1 Timothy 4:13).

The Redemption Series by Karen Kingsbury

A series of five books that develop the “Redemption” theme. The first three books were given

to the library by Jeannie Williams. Irene Lee read those three and enjoyed them so much that she

purchased the final two volumes. The author, Karen Kingsbury has written many Christian fiction

stories, but these are the first ones in our library. Irene also wrote this review of the series: The

story is about the Baxter family, you can see the faithfulness of God working in each family member's

life. Through their tragedies and triumphs, thes family learns about commitment, forgiveness, faith,

and the redeeming hand of God. As you read, you will find your faith strengthened and understand

that God's will is always best. One theme you pick up in this serives is that God has a plan for your

life and reminds you that God is in control. Although these were fictional characters, you will be

inspired by how they lived out their Christianity.
